🎨 About Color Differences

The actual colors of tapes, stickers, sticky notes, and other paper products may vary slightly from the product images. This is due to factors such as lighting during photography, monitor settings, and different printing batches. Such variations are not considered quality issues. Thank you for your understanding.

🌡️ About Storage & Adhesive Seepage

Tapes and stickers stored for long periods in high temperatures, direct sunlight, or humid environments may experience adhesive seepage or become sticky. We recommend storing your items in a cool, dry place after receiving them. Issues caused by improper storage are not covered under our after-sales policy.

✂️ About "Imperfections" in Samples

All sample cuts in our shop are handmade and are not mass‑produced, art‑grade products. Therefore, minor imperfections that do not affect normal use — including but not limited to slight creases from winding on sample cards and slightly uneven hand‑cut edges — are not covered under our after-sales policy.

If you are particularly sensitive to crease issues, we recommend purchasing full rolls. Thank you for your understanding.

📦 Packaging Methods for Different Products

• Japanese washi tape (without release paper): Default packaging is winding onto a sample card.

• Domestic washi tape (with release paper) and sticker rolls: Default packaging is in clear OPP resealable bags.

⏰ Shipping & Refund Policy

• Shipping time: Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after successful payment (delays may occur during holidays; you will be notified).

• Cancellations during processing: Please be patient and avoid applying for a refund while your order is being prepared. If you have a special reason for canceling, please contact customer service first.

• Malicious refunds: For customers who repeatedly place orders and then cancel them without genuine reason, we reserve the right to refuse future transactions. We hope every order comes from a true love of journaling, not casual testing.
