About Color Differences
The actual appearance of washi tapes, stickers, sticky notes, and other paper products may vary slightly from the product images. This is due to factors such as lighting during photography, display settings, and differences in printing batches, and is not considered a quality issue. We appreciate your understanding.
About Storage and Glue Seepage
Washi tapes/stickers stored for extended periods in high temperatures, direct sunlight, or humid environments may experience glue seepage or stickiness. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place upon receipt. Issues caused by improper storage are not covered under our after-sales policy.
About the "Imperfections" of Split Rolls / Samples
All split rolls/samples in our shop are handmade, not mass-produced industrial art pieces. Therefore, minor flaws that do not affect normal use (including but not limited to slight creases from winding on split cards, slightly uneven hand-cut edges, etc.) are not covered by our after-sales policy. If you are very sensitive to creases, we recommend purchasing full rolls instead. Thank you for your understanding.
Different Products Packaging Methods
Japanese washi tapes (without release paper): Default packaging is wound on split cards.
Domestic (Chinese) washi tapes (with built-in release paper) and sticker rolls: Default packaging is OPP self-sealing clear bags.
Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping time: Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after successful placement (delays may occur on holidays or special occasions; we will notify you separately).
Order cancellation while waiting for shipment: Please be patient and do not casually request refunds while waiting for shipment. If you have special reasons for canceling an order, please contact customer service first.
Malicious refunds: For repeated instances of ordering and then refunding without legitimate reason, we reserve the right to refuse further transactions on a case-by-case basis. We hope every order comes from genuine love, not casual testing.
