 Sales Policy

Thank you for choosing AnY analog. Our shop is a small handmade sample/washi split business. Every order is hand-wound and hand-packaged. Please read the following sales policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to and accept all terms below.

1. Order & Production Time

- Production period: 1-2 business days (hand-wound samples).
- Order processing time: Orders will be completed and shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed (this includes the production period).
- Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Any delays will be announced separately.

 2. Payment & Pricing

- All product prices are listed in Euros (€).
- Please complete payment according to the method specified by the shop after placing your order. Orders that are not paid in time may be automatically cancelled.

3. Shipping Methods & Fees (France & Other EU Countries)

 France

- Regular mail: Sent with stamps. Once dispatched, the risk is borne by the customer.
- Registered mail: Sent with a tracking number. Free shipping on orders over €39; for orders under €39, postage is paid by the customer (but will come with lots of small gifts).

 Other EU Countries

- Regular mail: Sent with stamps. Once dispatched, the risk is borne by the customer.
- Registered mail: Sent with a tracking number. Postage for international mail is paid by the customer (but will come with lots of small gifts).

Friendly Reminder: We recommend that you choose registered mail to track the logistics status in real time. Regular mail carries a risk of lost parcels. Please be aware.

 4. Customs & Clearance

- Within the EU: Any customs duties incurred shall be borne by the customer. Our shop is not responsible for destination country duties, VAT, or clearance fees.

 5. Return Policy

Our shop is a small business. All products are 100% hand-wound and hand-packaged as samples. Please check carefully before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it is deemed as acceptance of the following terms:

- No returns or exchanges: Except for serious quality issues with the product itself, our shop does not accept any form of return or exchange requests.
- For serious quality issues, please contact customer service within 3 days of signing for the package, and provide photos/videos. After verification, we will discuss a solution on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-quality issues (color differences, minor creases or slightly uneven edges from hand-winding, glue seepage caused by improper storage, etc.) are not covered under the after‑sales policy.
- If you could leave a positive review, I would be very grateful!

6. Order Modification & Cancellation

- Order modifications or cancellations can be made by contacting customer service **within 1 hour** of placing the order. After 1 hour or once the order has entered production/shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have been shipped.

 7. Handling of Undelivered Packages

- Regular mail: No tracking number. The obligation is fulfilled once the package is sent. Lost packages will not be replaced, and the risk is borne by the buyer.
- Registered mail: A tracking number is provided. If the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors or a collection point. If the tracking has not updated for a long time, please contact your local post office. Our shop will do its best to assist in the inquiry, but will not be held responsible for losses caused by the postal service.

8. Disclaimer

In the following circumstances, our shop shall not bear any compensation liability:

- Force majeure: Including but not limited to epidemics, natural disasters, war, strikes, riots, government actions, general delays or paralysis of the postal system, etc., resulting in delayed shipment, lost or damaged packages.
- Regular mail risk: Regular mail has no tracking service. Once dispatched, the obligation of shipment is fulfilled. Any loss, delay, or damage caused by regular mail is not the responsibility of our shop.
- Customer provides incorrect information: If the package is returned, lost, or delayed due to an incorrect address, recipient name, contact information, etc. provided by you, any reshipment or replacement will require you to bear the second shipping cost.
- Third-party logistics delays: After registered mail is sent, our shop is not responsible for long delays caused by local postal services or customs clearance processes, but will provide necessary assistance in tracking.
- Normal wear and handcraft marks: Minor creases, slightly uneven edges, slight glue seepage (not caused by improper storage) resulting from hand-winding that do not affect normal use are not quality issues and are not eligible for after‑sales service.

9. Right of Final Interpretation

The final right to interpret the above sales policy (including the Disclaimer) belongs to AnY analog. Our shop reserves the right to modify the terms from time to time. Modifications will be announced on the shop page. Continued shopping constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
